How to solve one of the problems causing  non-enforcement of immigration laws in America

THE PROBLEM

The problem is primarily due to the fact that across the country our cities and towns and their respective law enforcement agencies are afraid to enforce the laws for fear of being sued.

Sued not only by the ACLU and other pro illegal alien organizations but by our very own government as in the example below where Bound Brook NJ is sued for $600,000.

We do not have enough legal defense money in place to defend our positions.

We are out gunned financially by the open border groups.

Immigration Stirs Up Bound Brook, Again
The United States Department of Justice investigated, and eventually sued the borough for unfair housing practices. Borough officials agreed to end the housing inspections and to pay damages to some of those who had claimed harassment.

Mayor Pilato said the settlement had cost the borough $600,000, about 10 percent of its annual tax revenue.

The Solution

Work with, and financially support, existing legal funds on our side of the issue and develop new funds if necessary.

Guarantee to every citizens in the country and every city, town and county that if they enforce the laws of our country  we will defend them legally and reimburse them if they are sued.

It's a tall order but it is something that must be done to counter our open border adversaries who are well financed and ready to sue at the drop  of a hat.

The UPA has been demonstrating on the street in Bergenfield  NJ every Saturday morning, across from an illegal alien day labor hiring behind the police station going on three years. The Mayor and the Police Department will not enforce immigration laws and find no reason to do anything but continue to ignore our request for them to enforce immigration laws.

It would certainly be to our advantage to be aggressive and sue them for violation of our civil rights due to the unequal application of the laws of our country. Not only is it a violation of our constitutional rights but it is a form of tyranny.

Some Examples

Consider the number of Cities Towns and Counties and look at how few of them have attempted to enforce Immigration laws and look what happened to them when they did.

They all were sued and they all needed legal defense funds.

Quote from the Hammer
Legislation is a time wasting loser

Why produce more laws that executive branch officials refuse to enforce?

There are more than enough laws in place to take care of the problem........ but there
is a dearth of lawyers in this movement who are willing to take action on aggressive
cases.
