America lost the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq in 2004 and 2005 respectively because America’s generals, admirals and civilian leaders
made an affirmative decision NOT to know the enemy.
Because the U.S. government failed to know the enemy and the enemy’s doctrine – sharia – the U.S. State Department wrote the constitution for Afghanistan in 2004 creating an Islamic State under sharia, thus handing Al Qaeda its victory on a silver platter.
