The far-left has perfected the art of rioting, “They want a revolution & don’t care who/what is destroyed in the process.”

The militants uprising across the country want a revolution and they don’t care who or what has to be destroyed in the process. If their comrades die, they are elevated as martyrs in propaganda. Death is celebrated. 

At its core, BLM is a revolutionary Marxist ideology. Alicia Garza, Opal Tometi and Patrisse Cullors, BLM’s founders, are self-identified Marxists who make no secret of their worship of communist terrorists and fugitives, like Assata Shakur. They want the abolishment of law enforcement and capitalism. They want regime change and the end of the rule of law. Antifa has partnered with Black Lives Matter, for now, to help accelerate the break down of society. 

The US is getting a small preview of the anarchy antifa has been agitating, training and preparing for. Ending law enforcement is a pre-condition for antifa and BLM’s success in monopolizing violence. Those who are harmed first are the weak and vulnerable, the people who cannot protect themselves. Small business owners in Minnesota pleaded for mercy, even putting up signs and messages in support of the rioters, but to no avail.

The destruction of businesses we’re witnessing across the US is not mere opportunism by looters. It plays a critical role in antifa and BLM ideology. Their stated goal is to abolish capitalism. To do that, they have to make economic recovery impossible. Antifa sees a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to exploit an economically weakened America during the coronavirus pandemic. “It’s Going Down,” one of the most popular antifa blogs in North America, tweeted on Friday.

Media, politicians, the public — all of us — have underestimated the training and capability of left-wing extremists, who are united in purpose. All the parts of rioting serve a purpose. Looting and fires destroy local economies. Riots can overwhelm the police and even the military. All of this leads to a destabilized state. America is brave and beautiful. She is not invincible.’

We are witnessing glimmers of the full insurrection the far-left has been working toward for decades. The killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis was merely a pre-text for radicals to push their ambitious insurgency. In a matter of hours, after the video of Floyd began circulating the internet, militant antifa cells across the country mobilized to Minnesota to aid Black Lives Matter rioters. Law enforcement and even the state National Guard have struggled to respond in Minnesota.

Portland, Oakland, Los Angeles, Dallas and Atlanta are just some of the other cities waking up and finding smoldering ruins where businesses once operated. Nearly 30 other cities experienced some form of mass protest or violent rioting. At least three people have been killed so far.

Antifa, the extreme anarchist-communist movement, has rioting down to an art. The first broken window is the blood in the water for looters to move in. When the looting is done, those carrying flammable chemicals start fires to finish the job. Footage recorded in Minneapolis and other cities show militants dressed in black bloc— the antifa uniform — wielding weapons like hammers or sticks to smash windows. You see their graffiti daubed on smashed up buildings: FTP means ‘Fuck the Police’; ACAB stands for ‘All Cops Are Bastards’; 1312 is the numerical code for ACAB.

Last night, rioters reached the gates of the White House, possibly the most secure location on Earth. There, they chipped away at the barriers piece-by-piece while law enforcement struggled to respond. One Secret Service officer reportedly had a brick thrown at his head. Footage recorded at the scene showed him blood-soaked. Police were eventually able to repel masked rioters by using pepper spray and tear gas. That worked, for now.

Antifa are taking actions considered extreme even among their own ranks. On Thursday night in Portland, rioters surrounded a vehicle filled with passengers and shot at it, hitting one person inside. The driver was able to escape but the injured passenger had to go to hospital for treatment. In Oakland, two federal police officers guarding a government building were shot in an ambush drive-by. One was killed and the other has critical injuries. The following day in Seattle, masked antifa militants stole a rifle from a police vehicle before setting it ablaze.

Media, politicians, the public — all of us — have underestimated the training and capability of left-wing extremists, who are united in purpose. All the parts of rioting serve a purpose. “I’ve been reading these comments, here & on other pages the last week or so, & they makes me sick. The ignorance & stupidity is astonishing. I’ve been in law enforcement for 25 years, 15 of those in North Amityville/ Wyandanch. I have made hundreds of arrests & been on hand to witness hundreds more.

What is reported on the news & in the print media is absolute bullshit.  There aren’t innocent black men being killed on a daily basis, a monthly basis, or not even a yearly basis. There are thousands of police-citizen contacts per day. Thousands of arrests made per day. The police involved shootings are minuscule compared to the millions of contacts per year.  Approximately 1000 persons per year are shot & killed by police officers. Every single shooting is investigated. 99% are justified. An example is the Michael Brown(hands up don’t shoot) case that ended up with riots in Ferguson. The media was all over it…we heard “unarmed black man, white cop” a million times. Cop was tried & convicted in the media on the spot. Hands up, don’t shoot never happened!! Never was said!!  Media kept up with the narrative.

The Ferguson Democrat District Attorney decided not to bring charges against Officer Wilson & Obama’s justice department led by his Attorney General Loretta Lynch decided not to bring civil rights charges against Officer Wilson. How often has the media reported those facts??  They don’t. They still report the incident as an unjustified shooting & still use the “hands up don’t shoot” mantra even though that never happened either.  The media is playing us!!  They are dividing us!!  Death & destruction sells!!

Please wake up to this!!  Myself & my colleagues had wonderful relationships with the good people of the minority neighborhoods we patrolled & kept safe. They loved us. They wanted us there, &  they wanted us there in force. We had respect from everyone, even the bad guys.  I have arrested people one day &  helped them change their tire the next. There are thousands of great acts done by officers every day, but you only hear about the one negative thing. And it’s played over & over & over in the news.

Being a police officer is an impossible job. Impossible. People forget we are humans, not robots. Do we make mistakes??? Yes. Are they sometimes tragic??  Yes. Are there some officers with ill will in their heart?? Yes. They slip through the cracks.  A lot of that has to do with liberal politicians making the standards for being a police officer so low because of “fairness” It’s not a job for everyone. It’s not a job for people that want the benefits but are scared of their own shadows. We have them, and there lies our 1% bad apples.

I’m so sick of how we are vilified. As a supervisor, I see so much good done by officers everyday…no fanfare, no press coverage…just go on with your day & do the same tomorrow…I would lock someone up today & do CPR on them the next day if they were dying. So would every officer I know.  Not one of us wants to take our firearm out of our holster…ever!!!  Not one of us wants to be physical with anyone…ever!!!  If everyone complied with our directions…that would be an officer’s utopia!!

I would like to see any one of you naysayers try & arrest a 90 pound female that does not want to be arrested, & make it look pretty.  I’ll pay someone $10,000 if they could pull that off. Doesn’t happen.

We have a dirty job. We get assaulted, spit on, cursed at, wrongly accused, sued, hit by cars, have heart attacks, depression, suicide, divorced…you name it and we experience it. But what hurts the most?? What you’re seeing today. Signs saying “Kill all police”. Politicians telling us that our whole profession is racist & filled with criminals. Constant horrible media coverage. Ignorance on every front.

Law enforcement is an honorable, fulfilling career. I look forward to going to work every day. Yesterday was the first time I sat on my couch & was truly down about what I was seeing & how we are being portrayed. Please do not listen to what you see on tv. Believe me when I tell you, be careful what you wish for…we are the ONLY line that is between you & your way of life, & the wolf & total anarchy that is waiting at your door. That line keeps getting thinner & thinner. Wake up to what is going on in the world right now. We are being played. We are being divided. And it’s all by design. Don’t let them.”

LIFE MATTERS.  Black lives matter. Asian lives matter. White lives matter.. Amerindian lives matter. Blue lives matter.  Even Extraterrestrial lives matter.  ALL LIVES MATTER. To limit that to one group or another is to promote racism.

What to Always Keep in Your Pantry

These non-perishable food items (or close to it) have lengthy expiration dates, so you can stash them away for long periods of time, even if it’s not hurricane season or tornado season. Make a list of everything in your stockpile and check expiration dates every 6 to 12 months to keep things fresh. And don’t forget to have a can opener on hand at all times—all that food won’t be of any use if you can’t open it.

Peanut butter
A great source of energy, peanut butter is chock-full of healthful fats and protein. Unless the jar indicates otherwise, you don’t have to refrigerate after opening.

To get the most bang for your peanut butter buck, purchase a two-pack of Jif Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, which comes in 80-ounce jars. The natural, no-stir, low-sodium, gluten-free peanut butter is ideal for groups with different needs, and at just 12 cents an ounce, it’s an affordable choice, too.To buy: $10 for a two-pack; walmart.com.

Whole-wheat crackers
Crackers are a good replacement for bread and make a fine substitute when making sandwiches. Due to their higher fat content, whole-wheat or whole-grain crackers have a shorter shelf life than their plain counterparts (check the box for expiration dates), but the extra fiber pays off when you’re particularly hungry. Consider vacuum-packing your crackers to prolong their freshness.

For added value, purchase a family-sized pack of 100 percent whole grain Wheat Thins. The toasted crackers give a bit more of a healthful kick and are made without high-fructose corn syrup as well. To buy: $4; target.com.

Nuts and trail mixes
Stock up on these high-energy foods—they’re healthful and convenient for snacking during a hurricane, tornado, or other emergency. Look for vacuum-packed containers, which prevent the nuts from oxidizing and losing their freshness.

Cereal
Choose multigrain cereals that are individually packaged so they don’t become stale after opening.

Granola bars and power bars
Healthy and filling, these portable snacks usually stay fresh for at least six months. Plus, they’re an excellent source of carbohydrates. “You can get more energy from carbohydrates without [eating] tons of food,” says Andress.

Dried fruits, such as apricots and raisins

Canned tuna, salmon, chicken, or turkey
Generally lasting at least two years in the pantry, canned meats provide essential protein. Vacuum-packed pouches have a shorter shelf life but will last at least six months, says Diane Van, manager of the USDA meat and poultry hotline. Moreover, vacuum sealed packs may come in handy if you don’t have a can opener.

Canned vegetables, such as green beans, carrots, and peas
When the real deal isn’t an option, canned varieties can provide you with essential nutrients, making these a great hurricane food or natural disaster option. To pack in as many of those healthy vitamins and minerals as possible, order a case of mixed vegetable cans.

Canned soups and chili
Soups and chili can be eaten straight out of the can and provide a variety of nutrients. Look for low-sodium options.

Dry pasta and pasta sauces
It might be a carb-heavy, gluten-full food, but pasta is filling, and dry pasta and jarred sauce can last on pantry shelves for months. If someone in your household has dietary restrictions, look for gluten-free pasta or pasta made from chickpeas (or another alternative).

Bottled water
Try to stock at least a three-day supply—you need at least one gallon per person per day. “A normally active person should drink at least a half gallon of water each day,” Andress says. “The other half gallon is for adding to food and washing.”

Sports drinks, such as Gatorade or Powerade
The electrolytes and carbohydrates in these drinks will help you rehydrate and replenish fluid when water is scarce. Just make sure your sports drink of choice doesn’t come with too many additives, such as sugar or artificial sweeteners.

Powdered milk
Almost all dairy products require refrigeration, so stock this substitute for an excellent source of calcium and vitamin D when fresh milk isn’t an option.

Sugar, salt, and pepper
If you have access to a propane or charcoal stove, you may be doing some cooking. A basic supply of seasonings and sweeteners will improve the flavor of your food, both fresh and packaged.

Multivitamins
Supplements will help replace the nutrients you would have consumed on a normal diet. But vitamins don’t have to be boring. Instead, go for delicious fruity gummies that come with a complete day’s worth of vitamins; some even contain omega 3s and folate for complete coverage.
