Jeremy said to me, ‘this is it. We don’t go past this line.’ And I said to Jeremy, ‘what do you mean? You guys are Detroit Metro. You’re the SWAT team. You can go anywhere you want. What if you get a call over there?’ He said ‘this is it, it’s hazardous for our team if we go past this line.’”

He is a 28-year old Iraq war veteran from Michigan who also happens to be a Christian and is now helping to train fledgling Christian militias in an effort to fend off the ISIS threat.
Brett is not in Iraq serving our nation, but serving the Christians of Iraq.
Our government even reached out to him after he was able to sneak away from his “study abroad” program and into Iraq, asking Felton not to fight and to return home as soon as possible.

A shocking video posted to youtube Monday shows what life in a police state looks like. A family was on their way back from a doctor’s appointment when they drove through a checkpoint that was staffed by tyrants.
Rick Hebert was simply traveling through the checkpoint and lawfully refused to tell the agents where he was going. This checkpoint was well inside the US border on Highway 89 North.
At these constitutionally questionable checkpoints, you are not required to answer the agent’s questions (usually starting with “Are you a United States citizen?”). Nor can the agents require you to consent to any searches.
Apparently the agents at this checkpoint are unaware of the constitution.
This man simply asserts his rights and is subsequently assaulted and kidnapped in front of his 4-year-old son and wife. The video is horrifying.

A Republican controlled Congress will not stop and reverse the laws and policies implemented by the Obama administration that are fundamentally transforming America.
If one looks at the refugee resettlement program take note that it was implemented in 1980 under a Reagan Administration. Yes, Obama is a clear and present danger to America. He definitely needs to be removed from office immediately. But multicultural globalist ideologies shared by both parties are deeply rooted into our government such as the Refugee Resettlement program, poorly defended borders and non-enforcement of our immigration laws and unless these policies are reversed we will see the continual decline of our homeland from the viewpoint of the white European population that in 1960 was 90%.
If Jeb Bush, not a real conservative, but a liberal like his brother and father (neither defended our borders and Jr. supported an amnesty with no enforcement) takes the White House he will most likely continue dangerous open border policies like his father and brother.
In some regard he may be more dangerous than another Democratic President.
We get 4 to 8 years of multicultural globalists Democrats and then 4 to 8 years of multicultural globalists Republicans.
When you factor in the Islamic jihad/Sharia threat, both inside the gates and outside the gates, using politics, terrorism and immigration, both illegal and legal, assisted by our insane Refugee Resettlement program, you get a scenario that does not bode well for the future of our homeland.
We truly are “sheeple” as proven by our practically non existent resistance to the negative forces we are facing. We truly need a “lion hearted” leader or leaders to appear.
In the meantime, while waiting for our ”lion” we can and should continue to escalate at the grassroots level calling our Congressman and employing economic boycotts of all opposition media.
To show opposition to our government’s policies we can take legal action, civil disobedience, picketing, strikes, boycotts, demonstrations, voting against current officials, jurors refusing to convict opponents of the government (jury nullification) and refusing to cooperate with government officials.

AMENDED BORDER SECURITY BILL PASSES HOUSE COMMITTEE
Wednesday, 1.21.15 the House Committee on Homeland Security passed an amended version H.R. 399, the Secure our Borders First Act of 2015, by a vote of 18-to-12. The bill, introduced by Rep. Mike McCaul (R-Texas), would require the Secretary of Homeland Security to gain and maintain operational control of the international borders of the United States.
Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) also voiced his concerns in a statement released before the markup:
The Chairman McCaul proposal does not include the following reforms needed to achieve a sound immigration system: it does not end catch-and-release; it does not require mandatory detention and return; it does not include worksite enforcement; it does not close dangerous asylum and national security loopholes; it does not cut-off access to federal welfare; and it does not require completion of the border fence. Surprisingly, it delays and weakens the longstanding unfulfilled statutory requirement for a biometric entry-exit visa tracking system.

AMENDED BORDER SECURITY BILL PASSES HOUSE COMMITTEE
Wednesday, 1.21.15 the House Committee on Homeland Security passed an amended version H.R. 399, the Secure our Borders First Act of 2015, by a vote of 18-to-12. The bill, introduced by Rep. Mike McCaul (R-Texas), would require the Secretary of Homeland Security to gain and maintain operational control of the international borders of the United States.
Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) also voiced his concerns in a statement released before the markup:
The Chairman McCaul proposal does not include the following reforms needed to achieve a sound immigration system: it does not end catch-and-release; it does not require mandatory detention and return; it does not include worksite enforcement; it does not close dangerous asylum and national security loopholes; it does not cut-off access to federal welfare; and it does not require completion of the border fence. Surprisingly, it delays and weakens the longstanding unfulfilled statutory requirement for a biometric entry-exit visa tracking system.

Arizona Prop 122 Restores State Power to Reject Federal Mandates
Voters inArizonawill soon be able to manifest the extent of federal overreach they are willing to withstand.
Proposition 122 will appear on the ballot when Arizonans go to the polls on November 4. A website maintained by supporters of the measure explains how the proposed law would work to maintain the correct constitutional boundaries of power:
This constitutional amendment provides a mechanism for the state to recognize a specific federal regulation or law to be an overreach of federal powers. This could be initiated by a 1) ballot measure or 2) vote of the legislature and governor. Upon this determination, the state would withhold state financial resources and personnel from enforcement of such federal action. The federal government would be free to enforce the action with its own personnel (and money) and the state may still pursue relief from the court system.

This proposed amendment to the state constitution, known familiarly as Prop 122, is at once the most important and most irrelevant question to be decided by citizens of the Grand Canyon State. The explanation of this seeming incongruity is provided below.
First, as the reach of the federal government’s assumed authority lengthens and the scope of state sovereignty correspondingly contracts, the obligation of state legislators to enforce the limits of constitutional federalism grows more urgent.
Resisting federal trampling of the Constitution is not only a right of state lawmakers, it is in fact a constitutional obligation.
Article VI, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution reads:
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.
Simply put, this clause puts all state legislators under a legally binding obligation (assuming they’ve taken their oath of office) to “support the Constitution.” There is no better way, it would seem, for these elected state representatives of the people to show support for the Constitution than by demanding that the officers of the federal government adhere to constitutional limits on their power.
Perhaps a greater number of these state legislators, attorneys general, and judges would be more inclined to perform their Article VI duty if the people who put them in office would sue them and hold them legally accountable for any failures to carry this burden.
Imagine, furthermore, the uproar in state assemblies across the country if, every day the legislators were in session, process servers showed up at their offices armed with lawsuits charging them with dereliction of their constitutional duty!
Fortunately for Arizonans, several state lawmakers and political leaders appreciate the dire circumstances in which their state and all others find themselves. Accordingly, they have published statements in favor of Prop 122. The following is a sample of a few of these statements:
The arrogance of Washington believing it knows what is best for our community is nonsense. Just because Washington passes a law does not mean Arizona taxpayers should have to pay for it. I support Prop. 122 because it lets Arizonans set our own priorities.
The Tenth Amendment Center put a finer point on the issue, writing, “If passed, the state constitutional amendment would make the feds enforce, enact and pay for its unconstitutional actions and programs on their own.”
Should voters approve Proposition 122, it would amend the state constitution to allow Arizona to “exercise its sovereign authority to restrict the actions of its personnel and the use of its financial resources to purposes that are consistent with the Constitution.”
Prop 122 ended up on the general ballot after having been approved last year by the state Senate (16-12) and the state House of Representatives (36-23).
“Politicians in Washington are fond of passing far-reaching laws, but more often than not they depend on state and local governments — and state and local taxpayers — to implement them. This means that not only is Congress making life harder for Arizonans, they’re asking us to pay the bill,” supporters declare on the Yes on 122 website. “That’s why a bipartisan majority of the Arizona Legislature came together to pass Prop 122.”

Polio-like illness claims fifth life in U.S.
At least five children infected with the respiratory illness known enterovirus D68 (EV-D68) have died in the U.S. in the past month.
The lastest confirmed victim was a four-year-old New Jersey boy, Eli Waller. He died at home on September 25. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) confirmed the cause of death Friday night. But health officials say they have no idea how he contracted the virus. A health official says Eli was “asymptomatic and fine” when he went to bed but died overnight. He had no known preexisting immune weakness.
