Trump….Demagogue or World Game Changer

Throughout the course of history, civilization has been blessed by strong-minded men and women who have impacted our world in extraordinary ways. Their imprint upon humanity is beyond dispute. And many would contend that they were no less than the result of Divine Providence — a gift of God to the human race. Who are these individuals? What is it about these few that make them different? Were they merely in the right place at the righttime? Or were they somehow chosen?

Martin O’Malley, the former Maryland governor seeking the Democratic nomination, who tweeted Monday that Trump “removes all doubt he is running for president as a fascist demagogue.”
Let’s see if there is any validity to O ‘Malley’s comment.
Let’s look at the meaning of demagogue and leave The Facist part of the comment for another time.

It seems that Mr. Trump could be called a demagogue using the classic definition from Greek and Roman times which is “a leader or orator who espoused the cause of the common people”.

But he can not be called a demagogue using the more modern definition “a political leader who seeks support by appealing to popular desires and prejudices rather than by using rational argument” because the assumption of appealing to prejudices of the people may be incorrect. The definition of prejudice is a “preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience.” In the case of Mr. Trump, stating that we stop all Muslim entry into the U.S., the present and historical facts are what Trump and his followers are basing their opinion on. If our opinions are based on facts then there is no prejudice and Trump is not a demagogue.
The facts can be found in the 1400 year history of Islam, a very unique cult that masquerades as a religion, has been conquering lands throughout it’s history.
Many politicians say it is not in our American value system to exclude anybody from coming into our country to visit and live. What value lies in bringing people into your country whose mission it is to overthrow your government and kill as many of us as possible to achieve their goal of “World Domination”
It isn’t Islamphobia when they are really trying to kill you.
